 Snapchat Spotlight is a new feature on the popular messaging app that allows users to share short videos with their friends. The videos can be up to 10 seconds long, and can be either public or private. To upload a video to Spotlight, simply tap the "Share" button in the app and select "Spotlight." From there, you can choose whether to make your video public or private. If you make it public, anyone who sees it will be able to watch it. If you make it private, only your friends will be able to see it.
